Privacy information

Last updated: 31 October 2026. This site holds booking details so journeys can be arranged and fulfilled by Premier Taxis Salisbury as transport operator. If online bookings are open, we collect the contact and journey details you provide to arrange and confirm your transport.

Booking records may include passenger names, contact details, journey times, passenger numbers, luggage selections and payment references. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by this website. Booking records are held using Supabase; operational emails may be sent using Resend.

If you ask for seats on a journey you could not book, we record the requested date, departure time, group size, email address, phone number and time of your request. We use your contact details to review the request and, if approved, send a booking invitation; they are not used for marketing. To reduce repeated counts, we derive a pseudonymous code from network and browser information. We also record the public IP address and browser description sent with the request to help identify repeated or abusive enquiries. These source details are visible only to the owner account and are removed after 30 days; older enquiries have no retrievable IP or device details. The indicative figures help us decide whether more seats can be offered and do not create a booking. We use this limited security information for our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse.

If you use the feedback form, we store your message, its subject and the time sent, plus any name, email address or booking reference you choose to provide. Only the operator account can read the private inbox. We use this information to review and respond to feedback, not for marketing. To limit spam, we retain a daily pseudonymous code derived from your network address; we do not store the address itself in the feedback table. No email is sent automatically when you submit the form.

If you choose to receive booking updates by WhatsApp or contact our dedicated WhatsApp API number, we use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to exchange limited booking and journey information. We record the number, approved message template, operator who sent it, provider message ID, delivery status and your replies in a private operator inbox for booking support and dispute records. A phone number in a booking does not itself authorise a WhatsApp message. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp contact; we can still use another suitable way to communicate necessary booking information. We do not use these operational messages for marketing. WhatsApp's privacy information also applies to its service.

We use booking information to fulfil journeys, communicate service changes, process optional luggage storage and meet applicable operator record-keeping obligations. Relevant details may be shared with assigned licensed drivers and Culture Coffee staff where necessary for check-in or storage. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email bookings@stonehenge.direct. Some records must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.
